Arth Legal was founded with the idea that the practice of law should carry meaning beyond procedure and paperwork.
The word “Arth” itself signifies meaning, purpose, and substance. The firm was started by Adv. Sonam Pandey with the intention of building something meaningful, a practice rooted not only in legal work, but in clarity, responsibility, and purpose.
What began as a personal pursuit to create work with genuine value gradually evolved into a litigation and advisory practice committed to thoughtful advocacy and disciplined legal strategy. Arth Legal approaches every matter with the belief that behind every brief lies a real consequence for a real person, business, or institution.
The firm’s foundation rests on sincerity in preparation, honesty in legal advice, and a commitment to pursuing matters with seriousness and integrity. As it continues to grow, Arth Legal remains guided by the idea from which it was created: that law, when practiced with purpose, can become meaningful work in the truest sense.
We operate with transparency, discipline, and strong professional standards in every matter.
Legal excellence demands preparation. We pay close attention to detail and context.
Behind every dispute is a real human concern. We listen carefully before we act.
We pursue strong outcomes with care, consistency, and professional conviction.

Arth Legal considers pro-bono requests as part of its access-to-justice commitment. Acceptance of any matter is not automatic and remains entirely at the sole discretion of Arth Legal.
As a matter of firm policy, Arth Legal may take up one pro-bono matter every month. Priority may be given to economically weaker section applicants, children, under-trial prisoners, appeal matters, and matters involving urgent access-to-justice concerns.
Only matters pertaining to the High Court of Bombay will be entertained under the regular pro-bono policy, unless the firm expressly decides otherwise in writing.
Arth Legal may accept, decline, defer, or discontinue consideration of any request. No applicant has a right to demand acceptance, and no reason or ground for rejection is required to be communicated.
